Delicious black rice (squid) served in our restaurant Rompeolas, prepared with the quality to which Molino Roca has already accustomed to us, and also to our clients like you. For the most curious, for this rice we have used the variety recently called "Bombita", and which is now called "Dinamita" (dynamite). If you have not tried it, we invite you to do it soon, it is very good. Accompany it with a very rich white wine from Lanzarote like a "Stratvs".
